These flash card were developed from the American Heart Association’s ® Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider’s Manual©. This manual outlines the content of the ACLS course and the test required for certification. All flash cards are referenced to the page in the ACLS Provider’s Manual © that explains the reasoning behind their answer. Use spaced repetition to memorize the ACLS algorithms and pass the test with no problems. These cards were first used by the author in preparing for the ACLS course where he scored 98% on the exam.

When I matched to a residency program I had to pass ACLS before I could start. Since I had so much success with Step 1 and Step 2 using SuperMemo, I again turned to Medical School Secrets’ flash cards with SuperMemo. SuperMemo is the perfect way to memorize the ACLS algorithms. I scored 98% on my initial certification, and 100% on my recertification exam.
